Manifest is operated by Ruzylo Cloud, LLC. This Privacy Policy describes what we collect, why, how we store it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Email address — only when you join the waitlist or buy. Used to contact you about Manifest and nothing else.
- Authentication identifier — if you sign in (currently Sign in with Apple), we store the opaque user ID Apple gives us. We never receive your real Apple ID or email unless you choose to share it.
- App usage data — entries, counts, settings you create inside Manifest. This stays on your device unless an explicit feature requires syncing; we will tell you in-product before any sync.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Standard server logs — IP address, user-agent, request paths, retained ≤30 days for security and debugging.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not use your content to train any AI model.
- We do not share your data with data brokers.
Where it lives
Data is stored on Google Cloud (us-central1). Stripe stores payment data per their own privacy policy. Apple stores Sign in with Apple credentials per Apple's policy.
Your rights
- Access — email [email protected] and we will send you a copy of everything we hold on you within 30 days.
- Deletion — same address. We delete within 30 days unless we are legally required to retain (e.g., billing records under tax law).
- Correction — same address, or update in-app where applicable.
- Portability — exports are provided in JSON or CSV.
Children
Manifest is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will email everyone on the list and post the diff at https://manifest.ruzylo.dev/privacy.
