Walk the store. Close what you found.

Build a checklist once — open, close, health and safety — and run it on every walk. Each item is pass, fail or N/A, each run is scored against its target, and a failed item becomes a follow-up before you have put the phone down.

The scorecard tells you which checklist is off track. Follow-ups close with a note and a photo of the fix. The shift logbook tells the next shift what happened. History, calendar and CSV export hold the record — and Siri, the widget and the Watch app are there for what you log mid-aisle.

QSR · Fitness · Services — the same walk, the same scorecard, any floor

§ 01 — What is in it

Five surfaces. One walk.

#

Checklists

Open, close, health and safety — built once, run on every walk, each item pass / fail / N/A and every run scored

#

Scorecard

One measurable per checklist: the latest run against its target, green or red, off-track worst-first

#

Follow-ups

A failed item becomes a task with a due date, closed with a note and a photo of the fix

#

Logbook

Dated, tagged, photo-backed handoff notes — the next shift reads what the last one saw

#

The record

Seven-day view, calendar, full history, CSV export and PDF audit reports

A checklist takes the time it takes to walk the store, which is the only speed that survives a rush. Everything else — the score, the follow-up, the entry in the record — falls out of the walk itself, so there is no second system to keep up with.

This isn't franchisor software handed down from above — no rollout, no report card you fill in for corporate. It's the operator's own notebook, and the record stays yours.

§ 02 — A run, illustrated with sample items

What one checklist run looks like.

Open Walk, 12 items, scored 83% against a 90% target — so it lands red on the scorecard and the two failures become follow-ups with due dates. Sample data below; yours stays in your private iCloud.
