These Terms govern your use of Manifest, operated by Ardenholt LLC ("we", "us"). By using Manifest, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Manifest is software we provide as-is. We will work hard to keep it running and useful, but we offer no uptime guarantee or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, except where required by law.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account is compromised.
Acceptable use
- Don't use Manifest to harm others.
- Don't attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law.
- Don't use it to send spam, harassment, or anything illegal.
Payments & refunds
Subscriptions & billing
Manifest is pre-release and nothing is sold today. The following applies until pricing is published:
- Pricing: Not yet determined. Pricing and billing terms will be published at launch, before any purchase is possible.
- Planned model: A subscription with a free trial, purchased and cancellable through the App Store on your own terms.
- Cancellation & data: Your entries are exportable from the app as CSV at any time — your data is yours.
- Refunds: Purchases made through the App Store follow Apple's refund process.
- Agreement: Use of Manifest is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Termination
You can stop using Manifest and request deletion at any time (see Privacy). We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms, with notice where feasible.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Manifest is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that state.
Changes
If we make material changes, we will email registered users and update this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
