The multi-unit L10 scorecard.
One store runs its Level 10 scorecard in a spreadsheet fine. It breaks at five, because every measurable is now per-store: you need the grid and the company number in the same view, and the rule that rolls them up is different for every row.
Type the week in and this gives you the scorecard, the company roll-up done the right way per row, and the IDS list already ranked by the biggest miss. Print it and walk into the meeting. It runs in your browser — the numbers never leave this machine.

§ Check these before you read the numbers out
- "Comp %", "Labor %", "Checklist done %" rolls up as a plain average of 3 stores. If your stores differ in volume, the company number is not your real rate — your biggest store counts the same as your smallest.
§ IDS — biggest miss first
Sixty minutes. Start at the top.
Ranked by how far each store missed its own goal, so a three-point miss on labor is comparable to a $20k miss on sales. Off-track numbers are not discussed when they are read — they land here.

§ The Level 10 — 90 minutes
Saved in this browser only — clear your site data and it is gone. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere. Past 12 stores this page stops being readable, which is the honest point at which the roll-up needs to stop being a page you fill in by hand.
§ And next Monday?
You just typed those numbers in. Then you do it again in seven days.
This page is the scorecard by hand — better than the spreadsheet, still a spreadsheet. In Manifest the same scorecard is part of the store OS: thirty measurables across these five categories, per store, rolled up weekly from the wallboard, the schedule, and the walk-the-store audits your units already run on. It keeps the thirteen weeks behind each number, so when someone asks whether labor is drifting or just noisy, the answer is already on the screen.
It is the only multi-unit operating system with the L10 scorecard built in — Homebase runs the schedule, Jolt runs the checklist, and neither of them has ever heard of your Level 10.
§ 05 — Demo
30 minutes. Your unit count, your numbers.
We demo on a seeded version of your operation. Tell us how many units, what vertical, and we walk you through the wallboard, schedule builder, and L10 scorecard. No slides.
We'll never sell your info. We're operators ourselves.
